Refund & Return

At The Weekly Find, we want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund is available.

1. Eligibility for return or refund

We accept return/refund requests only if the product arrives damaged.

Because of the low-cost, fast-moving nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/colour selection made at checkout, wrong item received, delivery delays, or general dissatisfaction with the product once it matches the listing and is undamaged.

2. Reporting a damaged item

You must report a damaged item within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at [support email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

3. Resolution

Once your request is verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A free replacement of the item
  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for a future order

We do not require you to ship the item back unless specifically requested; in most cases, photo/video evidence is sufficient.

4. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Order cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and falls under the return conditions above.

6. Non-returnable situations

  • Products that arrive undamaged and match the listing
  • Change of mind or incorrect selection made at checkout
  • Wrong item received (handled as a support case, not a return, at our discretion)
  • Delivery delays, where the order is later delivered undamaged
  • Requests made after the 7-day reporting window
